About LEED AP(ND)

LEED AP (Neighborhood Design) credential is designed to test the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in the design process, to support and encourage integrated design and to streamline the application and certification process. Green Neighborhood design is an integral part of the solution to the environmental challenges facing the planet. LEED ND is applicable to new land development projects or re-development projects containing residential uses, non-residential uses, or a mix. Projects can be at any stage of the development process, from conceptual planning till completion.

Course Details:

  • 18 hours of Live Instruction classes over 4 weeks

  • Candidate should have a current LEED GA credential.

  • Candidate should be 18 years of age or older
